Alyse is a driven and compassionate individual with a passion for justice and equity. Born and raised in San Francisco, she credits the Bay Area for shaping her values and fueling her drive. At Coopers LLP, Alyse plays a vital role in supporting clients by obtaining and organizing medical records, police reports, and key documents from various providers to facilitate trial preparation and demands for attorneys and case managers.
Alyse earned her degree in Criminology with minors in Sociology and Civic Engagement from Hofstra University, where she was also a member of the Rabinowitz Honors College. While attending Hofstra, she interned with Power In Place and Herstory Writers, organizations dedicated to amplifying voices of those who are often underrepresented. In addition, she was a Peer Teacher for the political science course Juvenile Justice in America. Her experiences in both New York and California strengthened her commitment to social equity and deepened her passion for advocacy work. Alyse is also a student member of the American Society of Criminology.
Outside of work, Alyse is an avid San Francisco Giants fan and enjoys cheering on her team at Oracle Park. She also enjoys traveling, with some of her favorite destinations including Mexico City, Quito, and the Galápagos Islands., Eager to explore more of the world, she hopes to travel to Thailand and Japan in the future. On most weekends, you’ll find Alyse exploring new coffee shops around the Bay Area, with some of her favorites in San Francisco and Berkeley!
